1. Digital Product – No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks are final. Once the eBook has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
2. Non-Tangible, Non-Returnable Goods
The eBook is a non-tangible, downloadable product. As soon as you receive the download link or access the eBook, the transaction is considered completed. We cannot revoke access to the eBook once it has been distributed.
3. Exceptions
Refunds or returns may only be issued if:
- You were charged incorrectly (duplicate payments).
- There is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the eBook, and we are unable to resolve it.
